Hi Terry,

As discussed over the phone, I was really impressed with the quality of your contact products. The original set were manufactured by you from a sketch emailed to you some time ago. We have since ordered a new set from the OEM of the shorting contactor, but found we were unable to use most of the contacts they sent because the contact surfaces were not machined at all (unlike the set we received from SBA). I have instructed my team to send these OEM contacts to SBA to get them machined and improve the quality.

Also your response to our situation and service to us was first class.
